"Oaklands", Leigh. I don't think this is local. Anyone know?

I grew up in Leigh from 1953 at Priest's House (formerly Church Cottages ) . i remember Oaklands at Bunce Common in Leigh, but I think it was a smaller house. There was an 'Oaklands Bungalow at Bunce Common in 1942
