Centre: Custom House (winner). 5 to 1 against.
Right: Stonehenge. 9 to 4.
Stonehenge set the pace to Custom House until jumping the final fence,
when the latter challenged, and quickly asserting his superiority won
by a length and a half. Peter the Great fell after six furlongs, and
did not complete the course. Time: 4 mins 25.8 seconds. The winner
was purchased by Mr O.V. Chapman for 175gs.
