I was born at No.26 Nutley Lane.as Eileen Bashford in 1937. I believe other Bashfords lived in this street. I understand that No 25 was known as Bashford house. Apparently another Bashford had a shop next door to No. 25

Two account books of the type issued to Reigate families who had a weekly or monthly account with
the butchers shop (plus an envelope used to return the book to the customer). The difference
between the books is the phone numbers, the older Reigate 476 and the later Reigate 3476.
With thanks to Mr. P. Sturge.
